I thought tonight I would put up some recipes I have been working on the last week or so… These are healthy dishes, with a lot of flavor, using real ingredients that your body knows what to do with. I am not into “fake” food. What I have learned is if it is “low fat”, “fat-free” or “reduced fat” they are putting is so much other junk to make up for the stuff they take out it’s not worth it. As Michael Pollen says ….”If your great-grandmother wouldn’t recognize it as food, then neither should you.”
