change

It’s everywhere, it happens all around us and sometimes we notice and sometimes we don’t. Change happens when we least expect it, when we don’t think we need it and when we just don’t understand it. Change can break our hearts, open new doors,¬† it can be the one thing we wish for.

Today I am reminded to embrace change, to be grateful, and not to fear change.  Without change we do not grow, we do not challenge ourselves and we become all to comfortable standing still.

To fear change is an excuse to stay the same. I refuse to stay the same. However long the change takes I am committed to not standing  still.

Good point! I’m not a huge fan of change, however as things have stayed the same and not been that great, I’m always looking forward to a change. And a change is exactly what I’m getting! Now a change in my body is to come… which will definitely open new doors! Here’s to not standing still!! ;o)

    Yes!!
    Too many people fear change.
They prefer to stay in their comfortable little bubble of habits and automatisms.

I see that at work every day and it just tires me sooooo much.
    Change is good.
    Change is challenging.
Change allows you to grow. To learn. To experience new things.

It allows you to meet new people or try different approaches, to maybe do your job more efficiently and with less stress.

The world keeps changing and we have to follow suit or be forever left in place, out of touch with reality, out of touch with the world, lost and lonely in a bubble of comfort which cannot hold forever.

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
