Caramelized Leeks + Sauteed Asparagus + Shallot goat cheese


(serves 4)

1 leek (trimmed and sliced)

1 crushed garlic clove

2tbs of olive oil

1/2 cups goats cheese with 2tbs dried shallot  added (or Boursin has a great one already made!)




In saute pan over med high heat add oil then add garlic,  leeks and let caramelize before adding asparagus.  I cover them and let steam for about 5-8 minutes remove from heat and at that point add cheese.
